'I m having bleeding problem with increased endometrial thickness. So I consulted Dr. Poonam Khera. She is my old family doctor since many years. I highly recommend DR. Poonam Khera. I was suffering from Heavy menstrual flow since 6 months. Dr. Poonam diagnosed me with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding. She suggested Hysterectomy as my uterus was bulky with multiple Fibroids. She did Total Laparoscopic hysterectomy with bilateral salpingectomy with vault suspension. I was discharged after 48 hours. It’s been 6 weeks since the surgery was done. I am absolutely fine. Dr. Poonam is not only an excellent Doctor, she is a very warm human being. She has a friendly approach towards her patients, is very approachable and always has a smile on her face. She made me very comfortable during the entire process. I highly recommend her.

i’m really disoppoined with Dr. from last 2 visits

the Dr. didn’t clear issues and queries even didn’t listen properly my problem

and also not seen my same day ultrasound reports 😏

also i visit in the night last week thereafter didn’t take seriously

and her cordinater Sejal is also rude with the patient do not cooperate in any situation but doing good their known and staff they didn’t care your pain your time

She has a dedicated and an extremely competent team of doctors. The entire team which was assigned to my delivery was very helpful, forthcoming with information. Under the guidance of Dr Khera they made the entire delivery experience extremely smooth. We are very grateful to have been in Dr Khera's able hands for our baby's arrival.

I guess doctor should get patients as per the schedule and should not have to be hasty or overworked or multi tasking with phone calls from other patients.

I got 5 minutes for her for my first visit and 4 minutes for my first follow up and 2 minutes for my last follow up.

When the problem reoccurred after 2 months, I got 2 minutes for my first consultation with her. And there was one more medical person to assist her who was equally hasty. ** *** **** **** ********* *** ***** ** ********* ***** ***** *** ******* yet paying 1000 or 750 rupees after discount for every visit so far felt unfair.

If the consultation fee is universal so should be the consultation time. And one patient at a time is a better deal.

My next visit will be on 29 July or around that time.

It was very critical and bad situation for my mother (Age - 52 years) when she was facing :

1- Heavy bleeding during menses since 4-5 months.

2- Heavy pain on lower stomach i.e. Dysmenorrhea.

3- Abnormal uterine bleeding with uterine didelphys with thickened ET with left ovarian cyst.

by keeping her condition in mind, I did consult Dr. Poonam khera (Associate Director Genecology & Obstetrics, BLK Hospital New Delhi). First She examined my mother professionally. and thereafter perform procedure very well i.e. Total laparoscopic hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo - opherectomy with bladder repair was done positively.

Along with I would also share an incident - When my mom was admit during treatment and she need Dr. Khera's help in mid night, due to some medical urgency that time too, Dr. khera personally handle that situation.

Now, after 10 month of operation my mother is totally fit and fine and working as a normal house wife.

My mother is suffering from multiple fibroids with thickened E.T with LSIL cervix ( suspicious cervix) with left ovarian cyst. We went to Dr. Poonam khera she did Total laparoscopic hysterectomy with bilateral salpingectomy with adhesiolysis with removal of left Tubo-ovarian mass on 10-02-2025. We got discharged after 48 hours. Now my mother is perfectly fine. We didn’t face any kind of problem under her. My Experience with Dr. Poonam khera was excellent.
